Vox Populi is the first iteration of a two month exchange that the Front Gallery is conducting with the Philadelphia based artist collective, Vox Populi. Founded in 1988, Vox Populi is an artist collective that works to support the challenging and experimental work of under-represented artists. Vox Populi, the show, suitably titled for the collective, will feature nineteen artists, working in a variety of disciplines. Listed alphabetically, by last name, the artists are as follows: Gabriel Boyce, Piper Brett, Maria Dumlao, Julianna Foster, Bobby Gonzales, Will Haughery, Beth Heinly, Becky Hunter, Christopher P. McManus, Jay Muhlin, Roxana Pérez-Méndez, Tim Portluck, Erica Prince, Chloe Isadora Reison, Alexander Rosenberg, Mark Stockton, Becky Suss, Leigh Van Duzer, Linda Yun Vox Populi will open on May eleventh, and run through May twenty-sixth. The following month, members of the Front Gallery will head up to Philadelphia, to mount an exhibition at Vox Populi. The dates of this exhibition are June seventh to June thirtieth.
